ATOM™ IV in Plain English

A straightforward explanation of what you're actually getting — and what you're not.

ATOM™ IV is a standard intravenous infusion of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs). The cells are suspended in a saline solution and delivered into your bloodstream over about 60 to 90 minutes — same setup as any clinical IV.

Because the cells travel through your circulation, they're distributed systemically — across your body — rather than concentrated in one specific joint or area. That's the key difference between the IV and the targeted injection.

The MSCs come from donated umbilical cord tissue (Wharton's Jelly) processed at an FDA-registered U.S. lab. Every vial is third-party tested at 90%+ post-thaw viability before any product reaches a member.

That's it. No mystery formulations, no concierge theatrics, no add-ons we won't explain. Real MSCs, delivered properly, at a price you can see before you call.

Is ATOM™ IV a Fit for You?

The IV is the most common protocol — chosen by members whose goals span the whole body, not a single area. Stem cell offerings are not FDA-approved to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Outcomes vary by individual.

Frequently Asked

What exactly is ATOM™ IV?
ATOM™ IV is an intravenous infusion of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs). The cells are suspended in saline and delivered into your bloodstream over 60–90 minutes. Because cells travel through your circulation, they're distributed across your body — that's what makes the IV a "systemic" protocol rather than a targeted one.
How is ATOM™ IV different from ATOM™ Injection?
ATOM™ IV delivers stem cells through the bloodstream — whole-body distribution, good for general wellness or multi-area goals. ATOM™ Injection delivers cells directly into a specific joint or area, paired with biological scaffolding. Many members with a clear single-area focus (one knee, one shoulder) explore the injection. Members focused on overall wellness typically start with the IV. Your provider will discuss which fits during your free consultation.
How long does the appointment take?
Plan for 1–2 hours in the clinic. The infusion itself runs about 60–90 minutes; the rest is intake, IV placement, and a brief monitoring period at the end. You'll leave with aftercare instructions.
Can I drive myself home afterward?
Most members do. There's no anesthesia and no sedation. Some report mild fatigue post-infusion; if you'd prefer extra peace of mind, bringing a friend or family member is a reasonable option. Your provider will review post-appointment guidance with you during your consultation.
Do I need to fast before the infusion?
No fasting required. We actually recommend eating a normal meal and being well hydrated — it makes the IV placement easier and helps you feel your best during the infusion. Your provider will send you specific prep instructions before the appointment.
What side effects should I realistically expect?
Most members report no significant side effects. Some experience temporary fatigue, mild headache, or low-grade flu-like symptoms in the 24–48 hours after the infusion. Rare reactions are possible. Your provider will review the full list of potential risks, contraindications, and aftercare during your consultation before any decision is made.
How soon will I notice anything?
There's no universal answer here, and we won't pretend there is. Some members report noticing changes within days; some over weeks; some don't notice a clear difference at all. Outcomes vary significantly by individual, and we make no guarantees of any specific result. Stem cell offerings are not FDA-approved to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Can I combine ATOM™ IV with an injection?
Yes — some members do both, either at the same visit or across two visits, depending on what makes clinical sense for their situation. Your provider will discuss whether a combined approach is appropriate for you and review any pricing variations during the consultation.
How often do members come back?
There's no required cadence. Many members treat ATOM™ IV as part of an ongoing wellness routine and return on a regular schedule that works for them — often annually or semi-annually. Others come for a single appointment. Your provider will work with you on a cadence that fits your goals.
What if I'm not a good candidate?
If our clinical team determines ATOM™ IV isn't a good fit for you, we'll say so — and try to point you toward more appropriate resources. The consultation is free, and there's no obligation to book. We'd rather be honest about fit than have someone spend money on something that isn't right for them.
