Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be a current patient to refer?
While the program is designed for existing patients, anyone can sign up. However, your free treatment reward requires that you’ve had at least one treatment with us (either before or after your referrals).
What counts as a “completed” referral?
A referral counts when someone uses your unique link to book a consultation AND completes their stem cell treatment with us. Consultations alone don’t count — they need to go through with the treatment.
How do I track my referrals?
We track everything on our end. You’ll receive an email confirmation each time one of your referrals completes treatment. When you hit 5, we’ll reach out to schedule your free treatment.
Is there a time limit?
No time limit. Your referrals accumulate over time. Whether it takes you 2 months or 2 years to reach 5, your free treatment will be waiting.
Can I refer more than 5 people?
Absolutely. For every 5 completed referrals, you earn another free treatment. Refer 10, get 2 free. There’s no cap.
What treatments does this apply to?
Your free treatment is our standard Stem Cell IV therapy ($1,999 value). If you’d prefer to apply the credit toward a higher-tier protocol, we can do that too — just pay the difference.
