Traditional Options Fail Active People

Rest takes months. Surgery costs your season. Cortisone masks the problem instead of fixing it. PRP uses your own aging blood — limited supply, inconsistent results.

Athletes and active adults have different needs: faster timelines, less downtime, and treatments that actually support healing — not just pain management.

Honest Expectations

Stem cells aren’t magic. They accelerate and support your body’s own healing — you still need proper rehab. Complete tears (full ACL, full rotator cuff) typically still require surgery. We’ll tell you honestly if you’re a good candidate during your free consultation.

Traditional Treatments
Rest & PT: Takes months, doesn’t address tissue damage, athletes lose conditioning
Cortisone: Temporary relief, can weaken tendons over time, masks the problem
Surgery: 6–12 month recovery, entire season lost, scar tissue formation
PRP: Uses your own aging blood, limited cell count, inconsistent results
MSC Stem Cell Therapy
40 million young, potent cells from umbilical cord tissue
Supports tissue repair in tendons, ligaments, cartilage, and muscle
Powerful anti-inflammatory signaling throughout the body
Light training in days — competition typically in 4–8 weeks
Less scar tissue, lower re-injury risk, better long-term function

How MSCs Accelerate Athletic Recovery

We use umbilical cord-derived MSCs — not your own stem cells, which decline with age and get depleted by training stress. Young, potent, ready to work.

🔥

Rapid Inflammation Control

MSCs send powerful anti-inflammatory signals that calm training-related and injury-related inflammation — the main driver of pain and delayed recovery.

🔧

Growth Factor Release

MSCs release growth factors that support repair of damaged tendons, ligaments, cartilage, and muscle tissue — going beyond symptom management.

🩸

Enhanced Blood Flow

MSCs promote new blood vessel formation (angiogenesis), delivering more oxygen and nutrients to injured areas to accelerate natural healing.

🌐

Systemic Recovery

IV delivery circulates MSCs throughout the body — great for athletes with multiple injuries or chronic overtraining who need whole-body recovery.

🛡️

Less Scar Tissue

Better tissue repair means less fibrotic scarring — improving long-term strength, range of motion, and reducing re-injury risk compared to standard healing.

40 Million Young Cells

Umbilical cord MSCs are at peak potency. Bone marrow gives you thousands of cells — and aging, depleted ones. We use 40 million fresh, young cells per treatment.

How Treatment Works

From first call to returning to sport — here’s what to expect.

1

Free Consultation

Tell us about your injury, sport, and timeline. Andrea Montana, MSN, APRN reviews your situation and gives you an honest assessment — including whether stem cells are likely to help. 15 minutes, no pressure.

2

Personalized Treatment Strategy

We recommend the right approach based on your injury: targeted injection for a single localized injury, IV therapy for systemic recovery and multiple injuries, or a combination. We work around your training and competition calendar.

3

Treatment Day

In-and-out in 30–90 minutes. No hospital, no general anesthesia. 40 million umbilical cord MSCs delivered via IV, targeted injection, or both. You drive yourself home.

4

Days 1–7: Active Rest

Light walking and gentle movement. Avoid high-impact training. Let the MSCs do their work — the anti-inflammatory response typically begins within 48–72 hours.

5

Weeks 2–4: Progressive Return

Light cardio, range-of-motion work, sport-specific movement. Increase intensity gradually while monitoring symptoms. Most athletes are back to modified training within two weeks.

6

Weeks 4–8: Return to Competition

Most athletes return to full competition within 4–8 weeks depending on injury severity and sport. We provide sport-specific return-to-play guidance and follow-up support.

Athletes Back in Action

Individual results vary. These stories represent personal experiences and are not guarantees of outcome.

Partial ACL tear skiing in January. Doctor said surgery or no skiing. Tried stem cells instead. Back on snow by March — finished the season and avoided surgery completely.

FAQs for Athletes

Will stem cells make me heal faster?
Many athletes experience accelerated recovery compared to PT alone. MSC therapy supports your body’s natural repair processes through anti-inflammatory signaling and growth factor release — making healing faster and more complete. That said, you still need proper rehab protocols. Stem cells aren’t a substitute for appropriate rest and progressive loading, they work alongside them.
Can I compete while doing stem cell therapy?
It depends on the injury and sport. We recommend 1–2 weeks of modified (lighter) training after treatment for optimal results. Many in-season athletes continue competing with adjusted training loads. We’ll build a return-to-sport plan specifically around your competition schedule during your consultation.
Should I do stem cells before or after surgery?
Ideally before, if possible. Many injuries that seem to “need” surgery — partial ACL tears, partial rotator cuff tears, meniscus issues — can heal with stem cell support and avoid surgery entirely. If surgery is unavoidable (complete tear, structural instability), stem cells after surgery can accelerate recovery. Talk to your surgeon about coordinating treatment.
Is stem cell therapy legal for competition?
MSC therapy using minimally manipulated tissue products (what we use) is generally permitted under WADA (World Anti-Doping Agency) guidelines. However, if you compete at elite or professional levels with testing, verify with your sport’s governing body. We can provide documentation of the product used for your records.
What’s the difference between PRP and stem cells?
PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) uses your own blood — concentrated platelets to stimulate healing. It works well for mild injuries. Umbilical cord MSCs are more potent: 40 million young cells vs. thousands from PRP, from tissue that’s at peak biological activity rather than potentially depleted from training and age. For serious athletes with significant injuries, MSCs typically deliver more consistent results.
How soon can I train after treatment?
Light activity (walking, easy movement): 3–5 days. Light training: 1–2 weeks. Full training: 2–4 weeks depending on injury severity. Competition: 4–8 weeks for most injuries. We provide sport-specific return-to-play protocols based on your exact injury, not a one-size-fits-all timeline.
Why are your prices so much lower than other clinics?
Most stem cell clinics use a high-commission sales model — brokers and salespeople take a significant cut. We don’t have sales staff, we don’t pay referral commissions, and we don’t operate in luxury clinic spaces that inflate overhead. We pass those savings directly to patients. $1,999 all-inclusive. Same pharmaceutical-grade umbilical cord MSCs used elsewhere for $10,000–$25,000.
Are there injuries stem cells won’t help?
Yes — and we’ll tell you. Complete ACL tears with structural instability typically still require surgery. Full-thickness rotator cuff tears that cause mechanical dysfunction usually need repair. We won’t take your money if we don’t think we can help. Every consultation includes an honest assessment of whether stem cell therapy is appropriate for your specific injury.
