#Stemcellstories: Elizabeth Stem Cell Story
At The Stem Cell Club, we gather real-world stem cell stories from across the industry to advance research, elevate every provider, and help make regenerative therapies more accessible to everyone.

Return to the activities that define her life
Elizabeth is a personal trainer, nutritionist, and portrait artist whose life revolved around movement and physical performance. After more than a decade competing in Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, CrossFit, and other high-impact sports, she managed typical wear-and-tear injuries—until a serious bicycle accident in 2021 changed everything. After being hit by a car, Elizabeth suffered multiple spinal disc injuries and severe shoulder damage.
A shoulder surgery followed, but it failed to restore function, leaving her unable to move her arm for nearly a year and forcing her to step away from both her athletic career and her work.
Determined to find a path that supported healing without more invasive procedures, Elizabeth began researching regenerative options and ultimately pursued stem cell therapy. She received targeted injections to both torn labrums, as well as her neck and lower back. While the process required patience and recovery time, she reported meaningful improvement over time—particularly in her shoulders—allowing her to regain movement, reduce pain, and return to the activities that define her life and livelihood.
Today, Elizabeth openly shares her experience with others navigating similar challenges, offering perspective and support to those seeking alternatives after conventional treatments have fallen short.
