Where Can You Get
MUSE Stem Cell Therapy?
MUSE cells are among the most scientifically advanced stem cells available today — and very few clinics in the United States offer them. Here’s what you need to know before you search.

The Short Answer
MUSE cell therapy is not widely available in the United States. Most regenerative medicine clinics offer standard mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) — which are scientifically different from MUSE cells. Genuine MUSE cell therapy requires a specific sourcing and handling process, and very few clinics have established the protocols to offer it correctly.
The Stem Cell Club is one of the few clinics in the US actively offering MUSE cell therapy, with locations in St. George, Utah and Las Vegas, Nevada. All treatments are supervised by Andrea Montana, MSN, APRN, our Medical Director. Learn more about the science behind MUSE cells →
Where We Offer MUSE Stem Cell Therapy
Both clinics offer MUSE cell IV infusion alongside our standard APEX™ MSC protocols. During your free consultation, we’ll discuss which approach fits your situation.

Why Is MUSE Stem Cell Therapy So Hard to Find?
MUSE cells are fundamentally different from the stem cells most clinics offer. Understanding why they’re rare helps you evaluate any provider claiming to offer them.
They’re a Subpopulation, Not a Standard Product
MUSE cells make up only about 1–3% of conventional MSC cultures. Isolating and preparing them for clinical use requires specialized knowledge and sourcing — most clinics simply don’t have access to verified MUSE cell preparations.
Most Research Has Been Conducted in Japan
The majority of MUSE cell science and clinical trials originated in Japan, which leads the world in MUSE cell research and regulatory approval. US clinical adoption is still early-stage, limiting the number of providers who’ve built protocols around authentic MUSE cells.
The Science Behind Them Is More Complex
MUSE cells are naturally pluripotent and use the S1P signaling pathway to actively home to sites of tissue damage — a behavior that requires specific conditions to preserve during preparation and infusion. This isn’t plug-and-play; it takes clinical expertise to do correctly.
Many “Stem Cell” Clinics Aren’t Offering MUSE Cells
The regenerative medicine market is full of clinics selling various types of “stem cells” — most are standard MSCs, exosomes, or PRP. When evaluating any clinic, ask specifically about MUSE cell sourcing, preparation, and clinical protocol.

What to Look for in a MUSE Stem Cell Provider
Before committing to any clinic offering MUSE cell therapy, ask these questions. A reputable provider will have clear answers to all of them.
Licensed Medical Supervision
All treatments should be supervised by a licensed APRN, NP, or physician — not administered by wellness staff alone.
Transparent Pricing
Reputable clinics publish their pricing or disclose it clearly before consultation. Walk away from vague “packages” revealed only under pressure.
Verified Cell Sourcing
Ask where the MUSE cells originate and how they’re prepared. Umbilical cord-derived preparations (Wharton’s Jelly MSC subpopulations) are the current clinical standard.
No Guaranteed Outcomes
Any clinic that “guarantees” results from stem cell therapy is violating FTC guidelines and likely misrepresenting the science. Honest clinics will tell you what to realistically expect.
Clear Clinical Protocol
MUSE cell infusion follows a specific protocol — IV administration, specific dosing, post-infusion monitoring. Ask about their process before you book.
Honest Conversations About Fit
The right clinic will tell you if MUSE cell therapy isn’t a good fit for your condition — and suggest alternatives, including doing nothing, if that’s appropriate.
The Stem Cell Club vs. Typical Clinic Options
Most clinics charging $10,000–$25,000 for “stem cells” are offering standard MSC therapy — without MUSE cells, without price transparency, and without the science to back up their claims. See our full pricing breakdown →
