A Message from Dr. Daren Brooks, D.O.
If you’re reading this, there’s a good chance you’re hurting—physically, mentally, or both. And I want you to know something right away: I don’t approach this work from theory alone. I’ve lived it.
I’ve spent my career studying how the body heals—especially stem cells and the remarkable way they support recovery when we simply allow them to do what they’re designed to do. I’m particularly drawn to IV stem cell therapy, because instead of forcing a solution, it lets stem cells circulate, communicate, and go to work where your body needs them most.
My formal training began at Brigham Young University, where I studied physical fitness and health psychology and graduated valedictorian with a Master of Science degree. I later attended medical school and practiced as a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine. Over the years, my work expanded into gerontology, nutrition, stress management, and mind-body medicine, because I learned early on that healing never happens in isolation. The mind and body are always in conversation.
But the truth is, my deepest understanding didn’t come from textbooks—it came from my own mental and physical recovery. Going through that changed how I see patients. It’s what led me to start The Bridge, and for nearly 25 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping people find their way back from places that felt impossible. If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s this: people don’t need to be fixed—they need the right environment, the right support, and the right tools to heal.
I’m incredibly proud of the team I work with. The results we see aren’t because of me alone, but because of a group of skilled professionals with sincere hearts and steady hands who walk with people through the dark until they can stand on their own again.
Along the way, I’ve taught health science and mind-body medicine at universities, consulted with organizations like IBM, Cisco, Coca-Cola, and even worked with NASA, helping astronauts and space center teams train their minds and bodies under extreme stress. I’ve also spent a lifetime pushing my own physical limits—completing long-distance and ultra-distance events and helping bring Ironman to St. George, Utah.
Outside of medicine, I love the outdoors, flying, building things, and spending time with friends, family, and my Bridge community. I’ve always been fascinated by how things work, which has led to holding multiple U.S. patents—but what fascinates me most is the human body’s capacity to heal when given the chance.
Medicine keeps evolving. So do we. And that’s what excites me about regenerative care and stem cells—it’s not about chasing miracles, it’s about supporting the body’s intelligence.
If you’re considering stem cell therapy, my goal is simple: to give you clarity, honesty, and options—so you can decide what’s right for you.
I’m glad you’re here.
